When can I place an order?

Customers can place orders on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (Hong Kong time, GMT +8:00).

We are always happy to assist and we aim to respond as soon as possible to all enquiries, however it may take 1-2 working days for weekend or public holiday enquiries.

Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours. If your order was placed on a Friday, weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed on the following working day.

How do I find a specific item?

We have designed the seedling.com.hk website to make the shopping experience as fun and simple to use as possible. Simply click on either the Shop Creative Kits button / Little Gifts”. You can also start your search by “Gift Finder” and filter your search by Age, Gender, and Price. We also feature a product search facility at the top of each page, simply type the product you are looking for an push the "search" button.

Is your order a gift?

We do not offer gift wrapping because our products are nicely packaged as a gift that no gift wrapping is really necessary. What’s better is that Seedling packaging is made of 100% recycled paper!

If your order is a gift, let us know at check out and we’ll deliver your message in the gift card (it’s complimentary!) together with the parcel.
